We built an Automated Market Discovery System using n8n, designed to continuously gather and enrich business data from public APIs and directories. The workflow runs on a scheduled basis, fetching new listings by category or region, validating and cleaning data, removing duplicates, and flagging qualified leads for review. It then syncs the curated results directly into the client’s internal CRM, creating a steady pipeline of vetted opportunities without manual effort.
The client now identifies potential partners and opportunities within hours instead of days. The automation has streamlined their expansion workflow, reduced research time by over 70%, and provided a more reliable foundation for market growth.
