ClinicOS is a healthcare SaaS platform built for Indian private clinics. The problem: when patients search "best doctor near me" and call multiple clinics, the one with instant confirmation gets the appointment – just like hospitals. Private clinics were losing out. We built a mobile-first clinic management app with instant SMS confirmations, live queue updates, and offline-first architecture. The platform gives private clinics the same professional patient experience as hospitals, turning first-time callers into confirmed appointments. Successfully launched on both Play Store and App Store.
