India Talent Hunt Foundation – Talent Championship Website

Project Overview

India Talent Hunt Foundation Charitable Trust, registered as No. 1717 and based in Sirsa, Haryana, runs state and national talent championships across seven categories, from playback and classical singing to stand-up comedy and an academic olympiad, with the national final broadcast live on News Today. We built the website that carries the whole competition. The three programmes each get their own page: the Mr., Mrs. and Miss Royalty crowns, the state and national championships, and the youth competitions run with schools and academies. Every category is explained on its own terms, because a classical vocalist and a comedian with five minutes and no second takes are not judged the same way. The contestant path runs across four stages, from a city mega audition through a state championship and a national final to live television, laid out so a parent can see the whole route at a glance. Auditions travel city to city rather than following a fixed calendar, so the site announces new locations as they are confirmed. Donations run through their own pages, with the registration number, the office-bearers and the NGO Darpan certificate published where a donor can check them before giving.

The Challenge

A Calendar That Keeps Moving

Mega auditions travel city to city and dates are confirmed close to the event, often announced first on social media. A fixed events calendar would have been out of date within weeks and would have made the trust look dormant.

Seven Categories Judged Seven Ways

A classical vocalist, a group dance set, a monologue before industry judges and a five-minute stand-up slot have almost nothing in common. Describing them with one generic template would have told a contestant nothing about what they were actually entering.

A Donor Has No Reason to Trust a New Website

Anyone can publish a page asking for donations. A charitable trust competing for the same giving has to prove it is registered and accountable before the donate button means anything.

The Solution

Built Around Cities, Not Dates

The audition section is organised by location and announces cities as they open, with social channels carrying the exact dates. The site stays current between events instead of advertising a calendar nobody updated.

Each Category on Its Own Terms

Every category describes what is actually judged, from playback and folk singing through freestyle and group dance to the ramp round that leads to the Royalty titles. A contestant can tell which one they belong in before they apply.

Credentials in the Open

Registration No. 1717, the four office-bearer roles and the downloadable NGO Darpan certificate sit where a donor will look for them, alongside the refund and cancellation policies that a payment gateway requires and a careful giver reads.
